Delete your Plannli account.
If you can sign in, delete the account yourself in the app or in Plannli Web — it is immediate. This page is for when you cannot sign in at all.
Try this first — it is faster
Deleting the account yourself takes effect immediately. Asking us by email takes as long as a person takes to read it.
An App Store or Google Play subscription is billed by the store, not by Plannli, and it keeps renewing after your Plannli account is gone. Cancel it at the store first — see Subscriptions on the support page — and then delete your account.
Locked out? Start here
Most people who reach this page can get back in within a couple of minutes, and signing in is the quickest route to deleting the account.
You have forgotten your password
Go to password reset and enter your account email. We send a link to choose a new one, then you can sign in and delete the account yourself. The confirmation looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address, so check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
You signed in with Apple or Google
An account created through a provider sign-in has no Plannli password, so password reset will not help. Sign in again with the same provider — the same Apple ID or Google account you first used — and the account menu will let you delete it. If Apple’s “Hide My Email” gave Plannli a relay address, that relay address is the one on the account, and it is the address to use below. Managing or removing the provider connection itself is done in your Apple or Google account settings, not in Plannli.
You cannot read that mailbox any more
Then nothing automatic can help, because every safe route to deleting an account proves that you control the address on it. Email support@plannli.com and tell us what has changed. A person will read it and will tell you what they can and cannot do — we may not be able to act on a request we cannot connect to the account, and we would rather say so than quietly do nothing.
Ask us to delete your account
The form on this page is not switched on, so there is nothing here to submit. We are not collecting deletion requests through this website at the moment, and we would rather say that than show you a form that goes nowhere.
Email support@plannli.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. A person reads that inbox and will reply by email to the address you write from. If you can still sign in, the controls in the app and in Plannli Web are immediate and do not need us at all.
Please never send us a secret
Plannli will never ask you for any of these, by email or on any page, and we do not need them to delete an account. Plannli never receives or stores your password, so no genuine request will ever ask for one.
- Your password
- Email verification or one-time codes
- Payment-card, bank or App Store billing details
- Authentication tokens, session cookies or a password-reset link
If a message or a page claiming to be Plannli asks for one of these, it is not us. Tell us at support@plannli.com — describe it rather than forwarding it — and then delete it.
What happens, and what is kept
Deletion is permanent. Cloud projects, items, photos and subscription records are removed and cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep first. What happens to backups and logs afterwards is set out in our Privacy Policy.
How long a deletion request and its verification record are kept is still under review, and online intake stays switched off until that is decided. [OWNER-REVIEW: approve deletion-request-intake retention rule]
Still unsure what to do? The support page covers sign-in, subscriptions and privacy requests, and our Terms of Service set out the rest.
