Help with Plannli.

Account trouble, a subscription question, or something not working the way it should — email us and a real person will read it.

What to put in your email

The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help. None of it is sensitive, and none of it can be used to get into your account.

Which Plannli you were using — the iPhone app, Plannli Web in a browser, or the Chrome extension.
The app version (or your browser and its version) and the device or operating system.
The email address on your Plannli account — the address, never the password.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
The steps that lead to it, in the order you take them.
A screenshot if it helps, with anything personal cropped out.
Roughly when it happened, if it was a one-off.
Please never email us a secret

Plannli will never ask you for any of these, and we do not need them to help you. Plannli never receives or stores your password, so no genuine support request will ever ask for one.

  • Your password
  • Email verification or one-time codes
  • Payment-card, bank or App Store billing details
  • Authentication tokens, session cookies or a password-reset link

If a message claiming to be from Plannli asks for one of these, it is not from us. Tell us about it at support@plannli.com — describe it rather than forwarding it, in case it carries a link meant for you — and then delete it.

Account and signing in

Plannli accounts are created in the Plannli iPhone app. The free version needs no account at all; an account is created when you upgrade to Plannli Pro. Plannli Web and the Chrome extension then sign in to that same account — there is nothing separate to sign up for and nothing to buy twice.

If you cannot sign in on the web, check these first:

  • You are using the same email address you used in the iPhone app.
  • Plannli Web is part of Plannli Pro — the free app alone does not unlock it.
  • Your subscription is still active. An expired subscription pauses web access but keeps your data safe.

Resetting your password

On the sign-in screen — in the app or on the web — choose Forgot password, enter your account email, and we send a link to choose a new one. Both platforms use the same reset page, so it does not matter which one you start from.

Go straight to password reset. The confirmation looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address, so if nothing arrives, check your spam folder and that you used the right address.

Still stuck? Email support@plannli.com from the address on the account and tell us what the screen says. Do not include your password.

Subscriptions, restoring and cancelling

Plannli Pro is purchased inside the Plannli iPhone app. The app store takes the payment and confirms the final price, tax and any free-trial eligibility — this website does not sell subscriptions and never takes a payment.

You subscribed, but Plannli says you have not

Open the Plannli app and use Restore purchases, signed in to the same account and the same store account you bought with. Then check again in the app, or sign in again on the web. If it still does not appear, email us with the store you bought from and the date — never a receipt containing card details.

Managing or cancelling

Subscriptions are managed where they were bought, not in Plannli. Plannli Web shows your status and renewal date in Settings and links you to the right place.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Plannli Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by the store that billed you, under its own policy — we cannot issue a store refund on your behalf, but tell us what went wrong and we will help where we can.

Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

Deleting your Plannli account

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

An App Store or Google Play subscription is billed by the store, not by Plannli, and it keeps renewing after your Plannli account is gone. Cancel it at the store first — see Subscriptions above — and then delete your account.

You can delete your account yourself, from either place:

  • In the Plannli app — open the account menu and choose “Delete account…”.
  • On Plannli Web — go to Settings and choose “Delete account…”. You are asked to confirm before anything is deleted, so a session left open cannot delete an account by accident.

Deletion is permanent. Your cloud projects, items, photos and subscription records are removed and cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep first — Settings on the web gives you everything as a single JSON file. What happens to backups and logs afterwards is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot reach those controls, email support@plannli.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

Privacy, data and terms

Plannli stores what you put into it and little else. The Chrome extension only reads a product page when you click it, and never tracks your browsing. You can export everything you have saved from Settings at any time.
