What people ask for moves first
Requests are the strongest signal we have. Shared projects sits at the top of this list because it is the single most-asked-for thing.
Depth before breadth
Making the planning workflow more useful comes before adding another platform. That is why an Android app is still in Exploring.
Nothing ships that cannot be trusted
Anything touching costs has to be right. Features that would make a total ambiguous get reworked rather than released early.
